Massimo Cianchettini

Massimo Cianchettini is a seasoned Technical & Military Operations Manager at MBDA, with a career spanning over two decades since joining in November 2001. Cianchettini has held various key roles, including Chief Design Engineer, Weapon Sub-System Architect, and Head of Complex Sub-systems Design Surface to Air, demonstrating expertise in weapon system architecture, design, and validation. Responsibilities have included acting as the technical interface for sales and business development, managing system design and functional validation, coordinating project resources, and ensuring adherence to time and budget constraints. Prior to MBDA, Cianchettini worked as a System Engineer at ISL S.r.l. and holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
