Philippa Kramer

Philippa Kramer was appointed Executive Group Director Human Resources in July 2021 and is responsible for People Strategy delivering diverse and inclusive talent strategies and capabilities to deliver vision at MBDA.

She began her career in the commercial team at BAE Systems Royal Ordnance, after graduating with a degree in Economics and International Relations in 1997 from Lancaster University, and later moved in to human resources.

Philippa has built a career in deeply technical, global industries. After she left BAE Systems in 2002, she moved into a consultancy business where she was Head of HR. In the last 15 years, Philippa has held a number of European HR Director divisional roles in AkzoNobel and most recently was a HR Director in Johnson Matthey, a FTSE100 global company operating across 30 countries, where she led the group integrated talent strategy as well being HR Director for Group and New Markets.
