Zoe Webster

Zoe Webster is an accomplished procurement and transformation professional with extensive experience at MBDA since August 2016. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Group Transformation Director, Zoe has held various leadership roles, including Group Procurement Transformation Manager for the SAP S/4HANA (IMPACT) project across France, the UK, and Italy, focusing on end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes. Zoe's efforts have been pivotal in driving digital procurement initiatives and change management to fulfill the organization's 2025 vision. With a solid educational background, including a Master's Degree in Strategic Procurement Management from the University of South Wales and MCIPS from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, Zoe has also gained valuable experience through previous roles at MBDA and Nestlé.
