Chelsea Martinez

Chelsea Martinez has been in the professional world since 2015. Chelsea began their career as a Fencing Instructor at BRONX HOUSE INC. In 2017, they took on the role of Head Sabre Coach - Fencing Instructor at Riverdale Country School. In 2018, they joined MBE Capital Partners, LLC as the Director of Compliance and Director of Partnership Marketing. Most recently, in 2021, they became the President and CEO of White Lily, LLC, a New Jersey-based minority and woman-owned business in the adult-use cannabis industry. At White Lily, they developed and built the business from start-up to launch, including business plan development, financing, and strategy development.

Chelsea Martinez began their educational journey in 2011 when they attended The Ohio State University, studying Psychology. In 2013, they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Fordham University. Chelsea then enrolled in the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School as an MBA Candidate. In 2017, they obtained a Leadership Edge: Strategies for New Leaders certification from The Wharton School. Finally, in 2022, they will complete their Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
