Ann Pizzoferrato

Ann Pizzoferrato, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr HR Manager at MBI Inc. since September 2024, Ann previously held key positions at Exertis | Jam, including Director of Total Rewards and HR Manager for Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, Ann was with The Music People, a Division of JAM Industries USA, LLC, where responsibilities included Vice President of Customer Experience and Vice President of HR, along with an HR Manager role. Ann began a career at Best Buy as a Hiring and Training Coordinator in 2010. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Hartford, earned between 2006 and 2011, and has a background in the arts from the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts.
