Diane Dewbrey

Diane Dewbrey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and operational leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee at MBIA, Inc. since November 2018, Diane is also involved in several committees including Finance, Audit, and Governance. Previously, Diane held the position of Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee at BBSI, contributing to risk management and business solutions. As a Board Advisor for Organic Valley, Diane focused on financial stability and succession planning. Diane was the CEO/President and a Board member at Foundation Bank and Bancorp, overseeing its merger with Pacific Continental Bank. Additional roles include Chair of the Board at Enventis Telecom Inc., and various leadership positions at Fifth Third Bancorp. Diane earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Xavier University.
