Diane L. Dewbrey

Diane Dewbrey is currently the Director at MBIA. Diane has been in this role since December 2021. Prior to this, they were an Board Advisor at Organic Valley from November 2019 to December 2021. In this role, they focused on financial stability, governance, compensation, and audit activities for the OV Cooperative Board. Diane also provided consultation on CEO and C Suite succession planning.

From January 2008 to December 2014, Ms. Dewbrey was Chair and Member of Board of Directors at Enventis Telecom Inc. Diane was responsible for the publically-traded integrated communications provider that operated a regional fiber network and provided IP-based voice, data, and network services to businesses in five states. The company also offered bundled residential and business services including high-speed internet, digital TV, and voice services. In 2014, Enventis Telecom Inc merged with Consolidated Communications.

Ms. Dewbrey served as the CEO/President/Member of Board of Directors at Foundation Bank and Bancorp from May 2006 to October 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations of the bank as well as formulating long-term goals and strategies.

From February 1987 to March 2005, Ms. Dewbrey held various positions at Fifth Third Bancorp including Director of Central Operations, SVP, Bancorp Corp Officer, and Executive Member of Enterprise Management. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bank, formulating long-term goals and strategies, and developing new business opportunities.

Diane L. Dewbrey attended Xavier University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. Diane also received certification from the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) as a Governance Fellow.
