Lauryn Jones

Lauryn has been with MBMS since 2010 and since joining the company, has remained focused on improving day-to-day workflow and billing processes. Since transitioning to Director of Process Optimization, Lauryn now oversees and further develops MBMS’s standards in processes, policies, and initiatives while working closely with all the levels of MBMS leadership including the billing specialists. Lauryn is an active RBMA member.
