Gerry Timothy

Gerry Timothy has held various positions in the construction and project management field, gaining experience in budgeting, project management, and close out. Currently, Gerry is working as a Service Executive and Branch Manager at MBP, a construction consulting firm. Prior to this, Gerry worked as a Senior Project Manager at Watchdog Real Estate Project Managers and as a Cost Estimator & Project Manager at P. DiMarco Construction Co. Gerry also has experience as a Project Manager at NAVFAC EFANE, a command that builds and maintains sustainable facilities for the Navy. Gerry holds a Master's Degree in Leadership Development from Penn State Great Valley and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
