Scott Higgins

Scott Higgins has over 25 years of industry experience and is a licensed professional engineer and senior executive who has managed large facility portfolios, run the federal business units of construction companies, and served in the military. He has a strong background in the federal market, especially the Department of Defense, and works with universities, school districts, state agencies, and large retail distribution firms. He services as the National Program Manager for Client Services, primarily supporting MBP’s Consulting Service Line, and because he is located in Charlotte, he helps with business development activities in the Southeast.
