Tom Orr has been working in the construction and engineering industry for over three decades. Tom currently serves as the Director of Optimization Strategies at MBP, where Tom focuses on improving project efficiency. Prior to this, Tom held the role of Vice President of Value Engineering at RIB U.S Cost, specializing in developing Life Cycle Cost studies. In addition, Tom was a Principal at Pond & Company and has a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
