Roxana Martin

Roxana Martin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in consulting, business analysis, and mentorship. Currently a Senior Associate at MBS Consulting and a member of The Transformation Alliance, Roxana has also played vital roles in Mentors4u, serving as a Mentee, Ambassador, and Mentor while actively engaging in networking and presentation initiatives. Previously, Roxana co-founded and presided over the ESCP Europe Women in Finance, organizing impactful events and company visits. Roxana's experience includes a Financial Products Summer Internship at Bloomberg LP and various analytical roles across prestigious companies such as Deutsche Bank and L'Oréal. Roxana holds a Master's degree in Management with a major in Finance from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Science in International Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi. Additional education includes an exchange program at the University of Maryland and corporate banking studies at Fudan University.
