Nick Swartz

Nick Swartz is an experienced Geographic Information System (GIS) professional currently serving as a GIS Developer at Managed Business Solutions since August 2022 and an Instructor of Web Mapping and Internet GIS at the Wyoming Geographic Information Science Center since August 2021. Previous roles include Software Engineer/GIS Developer for the State of South Dakota, GIS Manager for the City of Gillette, and Geospatial Developer at WyGISC, where full-stack development of geospatial web applications was a key responsibility. Nick's earlier experience encompasses positions as a Research Scientist Assistant, GIS Analyst/Developer, GIS Specialist, and Assistant Lecturer at the University of Wyoming. Nick holds a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of Wyoming and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Western Michigan University.
