Brittany Wilson

Brittany Wilson is a corporate attorney with extensive experience in litigation and commercial transactions. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Mercedes-Benz USA since August 2023, Brittany previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Tesla from July 2021 to July 2023. At Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. from January 2018 to July 2021, Brittany represented global clients in complex business litigation and product liability cases. Prior experience includes an Assistant Attorney General role at the State of Georgia Office of the Attorney General, where significant civil cases were litigated, including high-profile appellate work.
