Crystal Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies. Crystal started their career at Sprint as a Project/Program Manager II from 2002 to 2008 before transitioning to a role as a Human Resources & Development Specialist II (HRD) from 2008 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Mercedes-Benz USA as a Corporate Training Specialist & Talent Development Program Manager, where they played a crucial role in various cross-functional projects and managed external vendor relationships. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America, Inc. as a Senior HR Business Partner, providing strategic guidance on employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management. Since 2018, they have been with Mercedes-Benz USA, holding positions such as Project Manager, HR Agile Lead, and currently, Principal of Business Project Management & People Partner.

Crystal Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Louisville, completing their studies between 1996 and 2000. Crystal has also obtained several additional certifications, including Agile HR Certified Practitioner from Agile HR Community in 2021, and various certifications in leadership, project management, design thinking, and DISC assessment between 2015 and 2016.
