Aaron Farkas

Aaron Farkas has extensive work experience in the field of operations, recovery, and management. Aaron is currently the Director of Operations and Recovery at McCarthy, Burgess & Wolff since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant Vice President at GC Services from January 2014 to October 2022. Before that, Aaron held the position of Site Leader at Mercantile Adjusment Bureau from January 2009 to July 2013. Aaron also worked at Creditors Interchange Receivables Management LLC Tampa FL, where they served as an Area Manager from December 2006 to January 2008 and as a Senior Corporate Trainer from February 2001 to December 2006. In the latter role, Aaron was responsible for implementing a national training program, improving new employee retention rates, conducting corporate training, and creating personalized training environments.

Aaron Farkas attended Niagara County Community College from 1996 to 1998, where they completed 60 credit hours towards a degree in A.A. Business Administration. Aaron later obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the same institution, although the specific timeframe for this degree is not provided.
