Mark Hope

Mark Hope is a seasoned executive in the biopharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and clinical development. Currently serving as the SVP and Head of Regulatory and Quality at MBX Biosciences, Inc. since March 2025, Mark previously held the position of SVP and Head of Global Regulatory and Access Solutions at Cerevel Therapeutics from January 2023 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading the successful delivery of early and late-phase assets. Mark has also served as the Chief Development and Regulatory Officer at Leal Therapeutics, focusing on clinical development strategy and fostering key external partnerships. Additionally, Mark contributed to the strategic direction of start-ups as a Senior Fellow and Strategic Advisor at Brazen Bio. Mark's educational background includes the Stanford Executive Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Diploma in Regulatory Affairs from TOPRA/University of Cardiff.
