Roger Lam

Roger Lam has extensive work experience in engineering roles. Roger currently holds the position of VP of Engineering at AHEAD since 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP of Engineering at MBX Systems from 2016 to 2022. In this role, they directed teams in various engineering disciplines, including platform engineering, sales engineering, design engineering, system verification engineering, regulatory compliance engineering, and project management. Before joining MBX Systems, Roger was the Director of Engineering at GMI Solutions from 2014 to 2016 and the Engineering Manager in Shanghai from 2008 to 2014. Roger also held roles as a Program Engineer and Design Engineer at GMI Solutions. Roger started their career at Enforcement Technolog Group Inc. as a Computer Engineer from 2004 to 2006, where they were responsible for designing law enforcement and military communication and tactical equipment. Roger also worked on robotics and wrote grants and patents, earning a US patent.

From 2000 to 2005, Roger Lam attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering. During their time there, they pursued a double major in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Further information about their field of study is not available.
