Arjun Charles

Arjun Charles is a seasoned consultant with a strong background in advising public sector organizations on institutional transformation. Currently serving as a consultant at mByom since August 2021, Arjun provides strategic guidance to the MSME Department of the Government. Previously, Arjun played a critical role in establishing operations and administration at mByom from December 2017 to June 2019 and offered extensive advice on business process re-engineering, organization design, and performance management. Arjun’s earlier experience includes being part of Deloitte India's Institutional Reforms and Development Team from 2013 to 2017, focusing on organizational transformation for public sector entities. Arjun began the journey in consulting as a summer intern at Deloitte in 2012, following a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Madras Institute of Technology.
