Eureka Selvaraj is a Consultant at mByom since October 2022, with prior experience as a Project Intern at the National Institute of Urban Affairs from October 2021 to May 2022, and as an Assistant Manager at Sundram Fasteners Limited for nearly three years. At Sundram Fasteners Limited, Eureka managed the end-to-end new product development for global automotive clients and successfully implemented change management strategies to reduce lead time. Additionally, during a brief stint as a Swachh Bharat Summer Intern with the Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation, Eureka designed effective route maps that improved logistics for waste management and raised awareness for sustainable practices among over 4000 villagers. Eureka holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Liberal Studies from Ashoka University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.

mByom is an organization involved in strategic transformation. We are internally divided into four Strategic Business Units (SBU). The Consulting SBU finds opportunities and develops frameworks. The Operations SBU rolls out the frameworks on the ground. The Finance & Tech SBU facilitates the rollout. Finally, the Marketing SBU creates the demand and pulls the various products into the market. These four SBUs which have very distinct roles and responsibilities are connected at the hips. We compare it to the branches of a tree with mByom being the trunk.
