Charlie Koznick currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at MC Companies since January 2023. Prior to this role, Charlie held the position of Vice President for the Southwest Region at S2 Capital, LLC from May 2018 to January 2023 and worked as the Director of Acquisitions at both P.B. Bell and MC Companies between 2014 and 2018. Charlie began a career in media as the host, writer, and producer of The Koz Report from January 2012 to December 2014, and served as Principal at Popson LLC from March 2011 to November 2014, focusing on real estate investment in retail. Charlie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of San Diego and furthered education at UCLA.
