Kevin Corea

Kevin Corea is an experienced human resources leader with a diverse background across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at MC Companies since April 2024, Kevin previously held significant roles such as Head of People & Culture at Arkos Health, where responsibilities included building the People department for a Medicare and Medicaid service startup. Prior to that, Kevin served as Chief Human Resources Officer at multiple dealerships, managing compensation and benefits standardization, and held senior positions at APL and Providence Behavioral Health, supporting thousands of employees across North and South America. Kevin also has experience in public sector HR management with Benton County and a strong technological focus from earlier positions, including Managing HRIS at St. Joseph's Hospital. Kevin's educational background includes studies in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix, though the degree has not yet been conferred.
