Vinicius Mota

Vinicius Mota is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction, currently serving as a Civil Engineering Specialist at MCA Auditoria e Gerenciamento Ltda since May 2021, focusing on contract management for the Bento Rodrigues Resettlement project. Vinicus has held senior engineering positions at IABAS, where contributions included the construction of several hospital facilities, and Onetek Engenharia, specializing in quantity assessments. Previous roles include project execution at Hill International for the Fairmont Copacabana Hotel and a partnership at RVHM Engenharia. Vinicius has supervised significant housing projects under the Minha Casa Minha Vida initiative and has been involved in multiple large-scale construction and infrastructure projects since entering the field after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense in 2001.
