Job description

MCA Communication is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in recruitment and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
    • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Screening and Interviewing:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
    • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Job Posting and Advertising:
    • Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.
    • Monitor the performance of job postings and adjust strategies as needed to attract top talent.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
    • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status.
  • Onboarding:
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork and coordinate orientation sessions.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
