Dennis Heiss

Dennis Heiss has a strong background in IT and technology management. Dennis began their career at Astec, Inc. as a Network Administrator, where they played a key role in implementing and maintaining AD, Exchange 2003, and network infrastructure for the company. Dennis then joined Covenant Transportation Group, where they progressed from Network and Help Desk Manager to Manager of Infrastructure. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing infrastructure technologies, system health monitoring, network and storage infrastructure design, and system security. Dennis also managed the help desk staff and coordinated with outside agencies for operational system enhancement. Most recently, Dennis has been working at Mike Collins & Associates (MCA) as the Director of Support Desk Services and previously as the Technical Services Manager. In these positions, they focused on growing the support desk services teams, monitoring key performance indicators, developing new teams and strategies, and setting goals to elevate staff. Dennis also successfully increased NSP scores and ensured high-quality IT support for contracted entities. Dennis Heiss has a proven track record of driving success in IT management and support services.

Dennis Heiss pursued their education at Bryan College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Chattanooga State Technical Community College between 1991 and 1993, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, specifically focusing on Structural Engineering.
