Sarah Allen-Baines is an experienced event manager with a strong background in hospitality and tourism management. Currently serving as an Event Manager at MC&A since November 2021, Sarah previously held roles such as Tasting Room & Event Manager at Local Roots Kombucha and General Manager at BEST PIZZA AND BREW LLC, where substantial sales increases and positive customer reviews were achieved through effective promotions and staff motivation. Additional experience includes positions as Operations Assistant and Event Design Operations Intern at Fox Design Firm, along with various customer service roles, showcasing expertise in event organization, staff management, and relationship building throughout multiple sectors of the hospitality industry. Sarah holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a focus on Meeting and Event Planning from San Diego State University and a minor in Spanish.
