Todd Soong

Todd Soong is currently the National Training Manager at The Institute of Fire Science and an Instructor at the United States Fire Administration; National Fire Academy. Todd has extensive experience as a Fire Analyst at NEFCO Fire Investigations, a Fire Captain/Paramedic at Rock Community Fire Protection District, and as an EMS Instructor at St. Anthony's Medical Center. With certifications as a Fire Investigator and Fire and Explosion Investigator, Todd has a background in fire investigation and training. Additionally, Todd has experience as a Fire Service Instructor at Jefferson College and as a Firefighter/Paramedic at Cape Girardeau Fire Department. Todd holds a B.S. in Public Safety Administration from Grand Canyon University.
