The McAfee Institute was founded by a team with experience in various aspects of fraud and cybercrime. The team includes a founder and investor of FraudDivision, an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council, and the VP of Cyber & Loss Prevention at SecureFraud Inc. The team also has a Global Loss Prevention & Cyber Executive from Amazon. All members of the founding team have educational backgrounds in criminal justice from Colorado Technical University.
