Lloyd T. Hardin, Jr. has extensive experience in legal representation related to commercial real estate and business transactions, currently serving as an attorney at McAfee & Taft since July 2010. In this role, Lloyd represents various stakeholders in real estate and business transactions across North America, Japan, the Pacific Rim, and Europe, and advises on design and construction processes. Additionally, Lloyd has served as the Honorary Consul General of Japan for the State of Oklahoma since May 2006 and has held legal positions at Phillips McFall McCaffrey McVay & Murrah, PC, and Landmark Land Company, focusing on the development of luxury golf courses and communities. Prior experience includes serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. Lloyd holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oklahoma, and has studied at Worcester College, Oxford University.
