Libby Foley's work experience includes serving as the Managing Director of Federal Affairs at McAllister & Quinn starting from July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Legislative Assistant for Rep. Betty McCollum (D-MN-04) in the U.S. House of Representatives from February 2016 to July 2022. In 2009, they also had a brief study abroad experience at Florence University of the Arts. Prior to attending college, they studied at Canterbury School from 2004 to 2006.
