Micaela Quinn

Micaela Quinn currently serves as the Director of Grants and Federal Affairs at McAllister & Quinn since September 2021, having previously held roles as a Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst at the same company. Prior experience includes coaching as the Head Coach for Virginia One Lacrosse and working as a Recruiter for Evolve Partners. Micaela has also contributed as a Marketing Assistant at Flair Communication, overseeing client website updates and social media management. Additional roles include Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness and a legal internship at the NYC Criminal Court System. Prior to these positions, experience as a Salesperson at My Main Squeeze and a Camp Counselor for 2way Lacrosse was gained. Micaela holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mary Washington.
