Alessandra Tebaldi

Alessandra Tebaldi is the EVP & General Counsel at McAllister Towing and Transportation Co., Inc. Alessandra has extensive experience working in corporate law, private equity, and bankruptcy proceedings.

Alessandra began their legal career as an associate at Dechert LLP, where they advised sponsors and principals of private equity funds in fund formation, capital raising, and compliance with securities regulations. Alessandra also represented international hedge funds and private equity funds in connection with their acquisitions of various equity interests in portfolio companies. In addition to their work in private equity, Alessandra advised clients on a full range of general corporate matters, including SEC disclosure filings, annual and quarterly reports, and proxy statements. Alessandra also has experience representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured debt financings, as well as corporate clients in acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and distribution agreements.

Prior to joining Dechert LLP, Alessandra worked as a legal consultant for the United Nations Headquarters. In this role, they provided advice on a variety of legal matters to UN agencies.

Alessandra received their JD from Harvard Law School and their BA from Yale University.

Alessandra Tebaldi is a lawyer who has studied in Peru, Switzerland, and the United States. Alessandra has a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Lima, a Human Rights Diploma from Collège Universitaire Henry Dunant, and an LLM from New York University School of Law. Alessandra is also a member in good standing of the New York State Bar and the Lima Bar (Peru), and is certified by The Maritime Law Association of the United States as a Proctor in Admiralty.
