Darla Lacey has a diverse background in finance and accounting. Darla currently holds the position of Director of Finance at McAlpin Industries, which they have held since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Finance at Omega Tool Measuring Machines from May 2018 to June 2019, and at Advantage Metalwork & Finishing, LLC from May 2017 to May 2018. Before that, they served as the Director of Finance at EWASTE+ from May 2014 to April 2017. Darla also gained experience as an Assistant Controller at Sentry Safe from February 2011 to April 2014, and as a Controller at Jackson Welding Supply Co from October 2008 to February 2011. Darla started their career at Rock Bottom Golf, where they held the position of Controller/HR Manager from September 2005 to October 2008.
Darla Lacey has a strong educational background with multiple degrees and certifications. Darla obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the State University of New York at Oswego in the years 1999 to 2003. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the same institution. Later on, from 2006 to 2008, Darla pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In 2008 to 2010, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Accounting from the same institution. Additionally, Darla acquired a Change Management Specialist (CMS) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in May 2015.
