Don Coulter

Don Coulter has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Don is currently the President and CEO of MCAN Financial Group, where they focus on generating wealth for investors through strategic investments in Canadian mortgages and other financial opportunities. Don is also a board member and the Vice Chair of the Board at the National Commercial Bank of Anguilla Ltd. In addition, they have served as faculty at KPU Melville School of Business and as a member of The Strategic Management Society. Don is a Founding Investor and Board Member of Bonsai Growth Solutions, providing specialized financing for businesses. Don has also held executive positions at connectFirst Credit Union, Concentra Bank (later rebranded to Wyth Financial), and CPA Western School of Business. Don has served as the Chief Executive Officer at both connectFirst Credit Union and Concentra Bank and has been involved in successful mergers and acquisitions.
