Laura Kelly Cpcu

Laura Kelly, CPCU has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Laura currently serves as the Director of Client Experience at McAngus Goudelock & Courie. Previously, they worked as the Chief Experience Officer at Goldberg Segalla from 2006 to 2021. Prior to that, Laura held the role of Litigation Manager at OneBeacon Insurance from 1996 to 2006. Laura also worked as a Claims Adjuster at Integon Insurance from 1994 to 1996 and at United Community Insurance Company from 1990 to 1994.

Laura Kelly, CPCU attended Bryant & Stratton College, although the specific years and field of study are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in September 1997 from The Institutes CPCU Society. Laura has maintained their CPCU in Good Standing status with The Institutes as of September 2020. Laura also holds other insurance-related certifications, including an Associate in Claims designation in June 2005, an Associate in Insurance Services designation in June 2008, and a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in January 2010.
