Christina Lenz-Campbell

Christina Lenz-Campbell has a strong background in talent and HR strategy, with their most recent role being Senior Director at MCAP since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, where they held the positions of Director of Workforce Planning and Operational Readiness from May 2017 to December 2022, and Senior Manager of Workforce Planning from May 2007 to May 2017. Before joining Mount Sinai Hospital, Christina worked as a Labour Relations Specialist at Humber River Regional Hospital from July 2003 to May 2007, and as a Research Analyst at the Ontario Hospital Association from September 2001 to July 2003.

Christina Lenz-Campbell completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Human Resources at the University of Calgary from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Industrial Relations degree at Queen's University from 2000 to 2001.
