Farhan Fahim

Farhan Fahim is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in Business Continuity Management and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) at MCB Bank Limited since November 2012, currently serving as Unit Head (VP-1) while also overseeing Record Management. Farhan has developed and implemented resilience strategies and business continuity frameworks and is responsible for training over 3,000 staff members in BCM and HSE. Previously, Farhan held roles at Citi from January 2007 to September 2012, including Manager of the Account Opening Team, where responsibilities included supervising transactions and leading audits. Farhan's early career involved positions at City Financial Services Limited and Gemalto Smart Cards Private Limited. Farhan holds an MBA in Finance from COMSATS Institute, a B.Com from the University of the Punjab, and completed foundational education at Forman Christian College and M.Q Foundation Higher Secondary School.
