Sadia Safiullah

Sadia Safiullah is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in the banking and microfinance sectors. Currently serving as the Unit Head of Talent Acquisition - North at MCB Bank Limited since June 2024, Sadia previously held significant roles at Askari Bank from December 2017 to June 2024, including Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, Senior Manager Rewards & Policies, and Manager OD. Earlier, Sadia was the Manager of HR at Pakistan Microfinance Investment Company Limited from June 2016 to December 2017 and served as Senior Manager Executive at Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund from April 2013 to May 2016. Sadia's career commenced at Bank Alfalah Limited as a Relationship Manager from December 2006 to April 2013. Sadia holds an MBA in Finance from Bahria University, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2006.
