Marjan Droste

Marjan Droste has extensive experience in the financial and pension sectors, currently serving as the Manager of the Accountteam Sales & Customer Contact at Zwitserleven since 2010. In this role, Marjan ensures clients receive clear guidance on pension options. Previous positions at Zwitserleven include leading a customer service team responsible for over 1,600 active pension schemes and managing teams focused on MKB collectives. Additionally, Marjan holds the position of Case Team Begeleider for Talent Development at SNS REAAL and participates in the accountability board of the SNS Reaal Pension Fund. Marjan is also involved in financial education as a guest lecturer with the NGO "Know What You Spend." Prior roles at DBV Verzekeringen included project management and team leadership in various capacities. Marjan's education includes multiple finance and management certifications along with ongoing training in areas such as Lean Management and project management.
