J. Martin Lastner

J. Martin Lastner has over 35 years of experience in real estate and property management. J. Martin currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Property Management at MCB Real Estate LLC. Before that, they held the role of Senior General Manager at Brookfield Properties Retail from 2017 to 2019. J. Martin also worked at JLL as the SVP and Group Manager of Retail Property Management from 2016 to 2017. In addition, Lastner served as the Senior Vice President of Retail Property Management at Colliers International | Baltimore in 2015. Prior to that, they were a Real Estate Consultant at Artios Retail, where they provided real estate representation and negotiated partnerships with various clients. J. Martin also managed property management accounting and operations for clients during this time. Lastner's earlier experience includes roles at Cross Street Partners LLC, Struever Bros, MMI Realty Services Inc, and The Rouse Company, where they held various positions of responsibility in real estate management. J. Martin Lastner pursued their education at Towson State University from 1976 to 1980. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting.
