Alastair Betz

Alastair Betz, J.D., is an Associate Attorney at McBrayer PLLC since January 2024, previously serving in a similar role at Gray Ice Higdon, PLLC from July 2021 to October 2023. Alastair has extensive legal experience, including a position with the U.S. Small Business Administration as an attorney on the Shuttered Venue Operators’ Grant team and as an Attorney at Law with Frost Brown Todd. Prior to entering the legal field, Alastair served in various medical and security roles, including as a Search and Rescue Medic with DynCorp International, providing critical medical support in high-threat environments. Alastair holds a Juris Doctorate from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and has a background in Emergency Medicine and Health Care Administration from Western Carolina University, among other educational qualifications.
