Benjamin de Bernardy

Benjamin de Bernardy has extensive work experience in procurement and strategic sourcing roles. Benjamin has held various leadership positions in companies such as McCain Foods, Mondelēz International, Kraft Foods Europe, Groupe Danone, and LU France. In their most recent role at McCain Foods, they served as the VP of Business Transformation CE. Prior to that, they were the VP of Procurement Europe & Global Sustainability and the VP of Procurement Europe & Global Logistics Procurement at McCain Foods. At Mondelēz International, they were the Director of Strategic Sourcing Direct Material EEMEA and the Packaging Procurement Director. Benjamin has also worked at Kraft Foods Europe, Groupe Danone/Kraft Biscuits Europe, and LU France. Additionally, they have prior experience as a consultant at A.T. Kearney, where they focused on industrial strategy, performance improvement, and corporate strategy.

Benjamin de Bernardy obtained a Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris in 1999. Prior to that, they completed an Engineer's degree in Electricity from CentraleSupélec in 1998. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the McCain Foods - NEXT 2.0 Global Leader Development Program from The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School in 2022, Enhancing Team Wellbeing from Duke Corporate Education in 2020, Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility Experience from UC Berkeley Executive Education in 2020, and Fostering Inclusion & Diversity from Yale School of Management in 2018.
