Christine Kalvenes has over 25 years of work experience, with a focus on marketing and innovation. Christine is currently serving as the SVP, Global Head of Innovation and Marketing at McCain Foods. Previously, they held the role of VP, GLOBAL MARKETING, INNOVATION & DESIGN at SC Johnson. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at PepsiCo Foods Canada, where they led a team of 50 marketing professionals. Christine has also held various roles at Frito-Lay, including VP of Innovation and Director of Consumer Strategy & Insights. Before joining Frito-Lay, they worked at Sabre Holdings as a Manager of Corporate Strategy and a Senior Research Analyst. Christine started their career at M/A/R/C Research, where they worked their way up from an intern to a Research Manager. Christine also has experience as a Marketing Consultant at The American Red Cross and as a Sr. Telesales Representative at Software Spectrum. Additionally, they served as a South Central Regional Sales Manager at A-PIX Entertainment. Christine's expertise spans strategy development, brand management, innovation, and marketing research.
Christine Kalvenes completed their education with an MBA in Business from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Journalism degree from The University of Texas at Austin from 1987 to 1991.
