Frank Aarts

Frank Aarts has held various leadership roles within McCain Foods, starting as a Shift Supervisor and working their way up to Plant Manager and eventually Director of Safety & Strategic Projects. Frank has extensive experience in plant management in both the Netherlands and Poland, as well as overseeing multiple plants in Continental Europe. Frank played a key role in implementing SAP modules across the region and has a strong background in safety and strategic initiatives. Most recently, Frank has taken on the role of Director Safety & Environment BU Appetizers at McCain Foods.
