Lambie Hamilton

Lambie Hamilton currently serves as Manager, Global Learning & Technology at McCain Foods, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this, Lambie was a Sales Training & Development Specialist at Sysco Canada Inc. from January 2022 to December 2022, and a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at CIBC from August 2021 to January 2022. Experience also includes various roles at Suncor, including Human Resources - Learning and Development Advisor and Professional Development and Learning Coordinator from May 2018 to August 2021. Earlier experience encompasses publications and governance coordination at the SAIT Students' Association from February 2015 to May 2018. Lambie holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Regina, a Bachelor of Communications from Royal Roads University, and a Diploma in Journalism from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
