Martyn Gibbs

Martyn Gibbs is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process innovation and project engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Process Innovation at McCain Foods since March 2017, Martyn has held several roles within the company, including Senior Process Engineer in both Global Process Innovation and Technology & Value Engineering. Prior to McCain Foods, Martyn worked at RB as a Project Engineer focusing on new installations and process improvements, and had a notable tenure at Nestlé as a Line Technician Engineer responsible for engineering support and process improvement projects. Martyn's career began as a Shift Technician at RB, followed by a role as a Mobile Engineer with DALKIA UTILITIES SERVICES PLC, where responsibilities included maintenance of infrastructure in NHS hospitals. Martyn started in the field as an Engineering Apprentice at John Smith's brewery, completing the apprenticeship in electrical engineering in 1995. Educational qualifications include studies at York College and Tadcaster.
