Steven van Durme

Steven Van Durme has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources and business integration services. Steven has worked for McCain Foods since 2004, where they have held positions such as Vice President Business Integration Services CE and Vice President Human Resources CE. In these roles, they provided strategic leadership, guidance, and coordination in areas such as business development, integration services, and human resources management. Steven also served as the PMO Global Workstream Lead for Organization at McCain Foods, where they focused on creating a sustainable cost advantage through organizational effectiveness. Additionally, they have held roles at other companies such as Scelta Products, McCain Foods Holland B.V., McCain Eurocenter NV, McCain Foods Belgium, McCain Poland Sp. z o.o., Van Geloven, DOMO, and Fortis Bank. These roles varied from board membership positions to finance and HR management responsibilities.

Steven Van Durme participated in an Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility Experience program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2020. In 2018, they attended a Masterclass on Fostering Inclusion & Diversity at the Yale School of Management. In 2005 to 2006, they studied at the Vlerick Business School, focusing on a Master's degree in HR.
