Tomas Hartmann

Tomas Hartmann has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Tomas started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Human Resources Sr. Analyst in 1997. Tomas then joined Molinos Rio de la Plata as a Human Resources Business Partner in 2000. After that, they served as the Regional Human Resources Director for Pernod Ricard, covering Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay from 2003 to 2008. Tomas then moved to Danone, where they held the positions of HR Director and HR Director of the Dairy Division in Argentina. Currently, Tomas is the Human Resources Vice President for Latam at McCain Foods since 2013.

Tomas Hartmann attended the Universidad del Salvador from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Administración de Recursos Humanos. In 2006, they briefly attended the Harvard Business School to study Managing Human Capital. In addition to their formal education, Tomas has obtained certifications in Accelerating Change Readiness and Agility Experience from UC Berkeley Executive Education and in Fostering Diversity & Inclusion from the Yale School of Management in 2018.
