Ariel Cavazos is a seasoned professional in the food science industry with extensive experience in cost engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Value Engineering Manager and Senior Scientist at McCain Foods since October 2017, Ariel focuses on cost savings and optimization in various frozen food categories. Prior experience at The Kraft Heinz Company included roles as Scientist in Cost Engineering, Associate Scientist II in Central Cost Out and Cheese & Dairy Product Development, where significant cost savings were achieved through innovative projects and ingredient optimization.
