Katie Slater

Katie Slater is currently the Director of HR - Manufacturing at McCain Foods. Prior to this role, Katie held various HR positions at Nestlé, including Head of HR for Supply Chain, UK&I Leadership Development Manager, Lead HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. Katie also worked as an HR Business Partner at Rolls-Royce and Northern Foods. Katie graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Management Science and later obtained a Master's degree in HRM from the University of Lincoln.
